About AJGL
Ace Junior Golf League, a private golf league, is a platform to both nurture the sport in Pakistan and inspire young children to have an early start in the game. As of now, golf is not among the most popular sport in Pakistan, but a lot of interest is shown in promoting the game lately. More and more children are being enthused and encouraged to partake of the challenging sport. There are initiatives taken to promote the game on all levels including men, ladies and juniors. However, unlike the development of golf around the world, which is focused on juniors, our country has yet to produce the focused leagues, solely dedicated to helping the Junior Golfers build their careers around the sport. Ace Junior League aims to change that.
Pakistan is a land of talent and we possess all the skill sets necessary to compete at the international stage. From cricket to hockey to squash to volley ball to kabaddi to boxing, we have dominated and performed in many sports arenas, even with our limited resources, facilities and sporting environment to hone the skills necessary for such stages. Imagine what we can achieve if we promote the culture of commencing such sporting careers right from a very early age.
With golf, it is highly recommended to start as early as possible in order to maximize the learning potential. All sports, when developed at the grass root levels, create an ecosystem that both cultivates talent and builds aptitude.
Ace Junior Golf League for Junior Golfers is launched in order to make this dream a reality in Pakistan. It is the first of its kind, entirely focused towards Junior Golfers, stimulated by the fact that if we put our minds to something, it’s only a matter of time before results start to show up.

1. Golf Training and Skill Building
In terms of training and skill building, the registered junior golfers will have the facility to meet our experts, coaches, trainers and nutritionists for all their golfing needs.
New Golfers will be taught the game from the basics with a preplanned lessons program that includes, Grip, Stance, Swing and Shot Variations with each Golf Club. We will make them follow a proper regime-based learning which is crucial for any competitive sports.
For Exiting Golfers and Expert Golfers, our experts will be available for the analysis of their skills and teaching them the next level techniques to become better, more competitive golfers. Learning the various aspects of the game of Golf is a continuous process and the facilitation of affordable services can act as a backbone to develop serious players.

2. Golf Psychology & Mind Sciences
Sports psychology now is an established field with proper degree programs and certifications available in the education sector. The realization of having a positive, committed and focused mindset towards any sports has changed everything for the sporting world. Golf, which is a game of focus and patience requires the players to develop not just their physical capabilities but their psychological fortitude as well. The ability to both envisioning a positive outcome and then having the mental fortitude to not crumble under the pressure of making that vision a reality. The human mind is a complex machine and every complex machine needs a specialist to make it work at its optimum level.

3. Matches and Competitions
At the heart of Ace Junior Golf League lies the actual Competition! With Matches throughout the year and a Grand Finale to declare a league, Champion! Learning means nothing when we don't have a practical ground to test the skill sets acquired. Thus, completing the circle of Ace Junior League's training cycle.
League matches will be held throughout the year, simultaneously in the cities of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Peshawar. Participants from other cities will be required to travel and participate in the league matches in the above-mentioned cities. Such participant would require at the least subsidized lodging or at the most free lodging at the designated clubs. Based on the numbers of such participants, we may even plan to expand our facilities to other cities as well in the future.
AJL 2022 will commence from the month of July 2022, which is the first month of the main golfing calendar in the country.
On the basis of Matches and different level of competition, top Junior Golfers will be selected to represent their city / Province in the Finale of the Season. Teams and Individuals will be competing for the ultimate title of
